Each room includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, private bathrooms, gas fireplaces, luxurious linens, plush robes, locally crafted soaps, and in select rooms, whirlpool spa tubs.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A complimentary gourmet three-course breakfast is served daily. We rotate between sweet and savory options.
Do you offer options for special dietary needs?
Yes. We are happy to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary restrictions with advance notice.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed internet is available throughout the inn.
Is there parking on site?

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
What is your cancellation policy?
For individual room reservations, cancellations made 15 days or more in advance receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 15 days will forfeit the full amount for all nights and prepaid package items will be charged. If the room nights are rebooked, a gift certificate for a future stay will be given. See full policies.
Is Arsenic and Old Lace pet-friendly?
No. We do not allow pets in order to maintain a peaceful and allergy-free environment for all guests.
Is smoking allowed?
No. We are a non-smoking inn. Guests who smoke may do so outdoors only.
