How to Find the Most Romantic Eureka Springs Dining

From candlelit tables to decadent made from scratch desserts, romantic Eureka Springs dining is easy to find in the Historic District.  Perfect for date nights or celebrating a special occasion, these restaurants create a romantic ambiance for those nights when it’s just the two of you.  And be sure to bring your appetite as these special restaurants have creative menus with everything from appetizers to small plates and desserts.

New to Eureka Springs is French restaurant Le Stick Nouveau.  Originally in Branson, Missouri at the Candlestick Inn, the restaurant was destroyed by a tornado and was then moved to Eureka Springs.  Le Stick Nouveau can be found on Spring Street below the New Orleans Hotel.  Entrees on the menu created by Chef Donny Cummings include En Papillote, Beef Bourguignnon, and Sea Scallops.    Seating for dinner begins at 5:00 pm Wednesday through Sunday.  Reservations can be made by calling 479-981-3123.

For a romantic dinner in an 1860’s log cabin, head on over to Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse.  Gaskins Cabin has won Best Romantic Restaurant around Arkansas 2 years in a row by the Arkansas Times Readers Choice Awards.  All of their steaks are hand cut, 100% Black-Angus beef and rubbed with their special seasonings.  Entrees include Filet Mignon with sautéed mushrooms and onions, Shrimp Scampi, homemade soups and special sides like the Steakhouse Mac and Cheese.  Be sure to save room for their Key Lime Tart and Chocolate Bread Pudding which are made from scratch.  Dinner begins Wednesday through Sunday evenings at 5:00 pm.  They do offer call ahead seating by calling 479-253-5466.

For 27 years, diners have been enjoying the family recipes of DeVito’s of Eureka Springs.  Couples can choose to dine in their glassed-in porch, street side dining room or on their Sky Dining deck, 4 stories high overlooking Main Street.  Menu items include Fettuccini DeVito, Cappellini, and Primavera.  Dinner is served every evening but Wednesday at 5:00 pm.

Open nightly from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm is The Grand Taverne Restaurant at Grand Central Hotel on Main Street.  All of their food is made from scratch including freshly baked bread and herbs grown in the balcony garden.  Enjoy a candlelit dinner of Sesame Encrusted Tuna Carpaccio, American Wagyu Striploin and White Chocolate Crème Brulee.  Begin or end the evening in the Taverne lounge with a specialty drink, beer or a glass from their extensive wine list.  The lounge is also home to a large selection of single malt scotch.  Tables are private and lit by candlelight.  For reservation information, call 800-344-6050.
