The Best Eureka Springs Bars

If you’ve never experienced the nightlife in Eureka Springs, now’s the time to check it out.  The Historic District is home to many bars complete with great drinks, entertainment and views of the downtown area.  Here is a list of a few of the best Eureka Springs bars to get you started.

The Rowdy Beaver Restaurant and Tavern on W Van Buren Street is a fun stop for both food and drinks.  They offer a full bar with draft and bottled beer, wine and specialty drinks.  Their happy hour is from 2:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.  Enjoy live music every Friday and Saturday night and even take the stage yourself at their Karaoke nights.  Grab your favorite brew and don’t forget to try the locals favorite Beaver Balls as an appetizer.

Another bar with great entertainment five nights a week is Chelsea’s Corner Café and Bar.  The bar is located on Mountain Street downtown and they specialize in New York Styled Pizza.  Drinks can be enjoyed on their double deck patio during happy hour or late night from 11:00pm to 2:00am.  To view their upcoming list of live entertainment, click here for their calendar.

Rogue’s Manor is located on Spring Street and offers the largest wine and scotch collections in Northwest Arkansas.  The bar has over 100 bottles of wines, ports and champagne and over 50 bottles of scotch.  The inside is decorated with redwood tables, a waterfall, and a hand-painted wall mural.  The lounge is open from 3:00pm to 9:00pm.  Another spot to enjoy a bottle of wine is The Stone House on Main Street.  Wines can be paired with their menu of cheeses and salamis.  The environment is relaxing with their stone walls, wood bar, and jazz music.  They are open from 1:00pm to 10:00pm.

Claiming to be the home of Eureka Springs best burger, you must make a pit stop at The Balcony Restaurant and Bar.  The restaurant is located on the balcony of The Basin Park Hotel.  The outdoor seating overlooks Spring Street and offers live music regularly.  They are open until 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 9:00pm through the week.  While you are on Spring Street, check out Jack’s Place for music and dancing and a full-service bar.

With a menu featuring beers brewed locally in Arkansas, check out The Ozark Mountain Taproom on E Van Buren.  The Fossil Cove Brewing Company, Tanglewood Branch Beer Company, Saddlebock Brewery and Core Brewing and Distilling are just of the few of the breweries with beers featured on the Taproom menu.  The Taproom is open from 2:00pm to 9:00pm through the week and from 1:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday’s and Saturday’s.

Just two short blocks from the Historic District is Arsenic & Old Lace bed and breakfast.  After a night spent out on the town, retreat back to one of our five spacious guest suites and relax.  Get your day started off the right way with a complimentary, gourmet breakfast served in the dining room.  Innkeepers Beverly and Doug Breitling can recommend all the great spots around town for shopping, dining and things to do in the area.  Come stay with us on your next getaway.  We would love to host you for the weekend.
