Making the Trip from Branson to Eureka Springs

Though the distance from Branson to Eureka Springs is only a short 53 miles, there are two great routes to take that will get you here, and plenty to see along the way. The first of these routes, and likely the more popular drive, follows Highway 86 into Eureka Springs. Along the way, make sure you stop in Ridgedale, Missouri, where you’ll find spectacular views from the Lost Canyon Cave and Nature Trail.

The cave itself is 4 stories tall, and the centerpiece of the cave is a stunning cascading waterfall. You get to the top via electric cart, and once there will enjoy views of stunning rock formations and views of Table Rock Lake.  There’s also a cave bar that you access via a mining-style elevator. It’s the perfect place for a glass of lemonade!
