Make a reservation for three nights and get the 4th night free! Take time to enjoy and unwind ~ this is a great offer for a long weekend, for example. Pay for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night and get Monday night free. Or book for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and stay Sunday night for free. Take a vacation or sick day – you deserve it and that’s what they are for!

Winter Special
Take advantage of what we call the “secret season” in Eureka Springs. The restaurants have plenty of space, the streets are not busy and as long as you have some warm clothes, the weather here is overall mild, with temperatures rarely reaching below

Snow Day Special
If it snows during your stay at our Eureka Springs lodging, you will get 10% off for every inch of new snow we receive during your stay (up to 40%).
If it doesn’t snow, but is colder than normal (the average January high is 40 degrees) we will give you a discount of 1% for every degree the high is below the average (maximum of 40% discount). What can we say? This is Arkansas, not Alaska, and we want to reward bravery in the face of a cold winter’s night!
